2. 7-DAY FREE TRIAL
All new subscribers receive a 7-day FREE trial with full access:
- Your card is captured at signup but NOT charged
- You will be charged R149 on Day 8 unless you cancel
- Cancel anytime during the trial - NO charges apply
- You can use ALL premium features during the trial
- This is your cooling-off period as required by SA Consumer Protection Act
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your Elite Remote Learning subscription at any time:
- In-app: Profile Subscription Cancel Subscription
- Email: info@eliteremotesolutions.co.za with subject "Cancel Subscription"
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month
- You retain access until the end of the paid period
- No cancellation fees
- Your card will not be charged again after cancellation
4. REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is simple and transparent:
4.1 During Free Trial
- You are NOT charged during the 7-day free trial
- If you cancel during the trial, no refund is needed (no charge was made)
4.2 Monthly Subscription Charges
- Monthly charges of R149 are non-refundable for the current month
- Cancel anytime to prevent the next month's charge
- You retain access until end of paid month
- Since we offer a 7-day FREE trial, you can fully test the service before any charges
5. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Full refunds will be considered in these situations:
- Technical issues: If the app is unusable due to bugs we cannot resolve within reasonable time
- Service outage: Extended downtime preventing use of the service (24+ hours)
- Duplicate charges: If billed twice in error
- Unauthorised charges: If your card was used without authorisation
- Death or serious illness: Compassionate refunds available with documentation
6. CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
Elite Remote Solutions (Pty) Ltd complies fully with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
For valid refund requests:

- Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
- Include: Your full name, registered email, and reason for refund
- We respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 7-14 business days
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are unhappy with our service, we follow this process:
- Step 1: Contact our support team via email - we aim to resolve within 48 hours
- Step 2: If unresolved, escalation to management
- Step 3: If still unresolved, mediation through SA Consumer Commission
- Step 4: As a last resort, dispute resolution through SA courts
9. PAYMENT PROCESSOR DISPUTES
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank:
- Please contact us FIRST to resolve the issue directly
- Chargebacks should be a last resort, not a first action
- We will provide all evidence to your bank if disputed
- Confirmed fraud chargebacks are honoured without question
10. RIGHTS RESERVED
Elite Remote Solutions reserves the right to:
- Refuse refunds for accounts found in violation of Terms of Service
- Refuse refunds where evidence of abuse or fraud is found
- Update this policy with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
